The terrace is the heart of Sunset Terrace Mazara: a panoramic sea-view space reserved for guests. It is the part of the house overlooking the Mediterranean, while the apartments open onto the quiet and sheltered inner courtyard.
Here, every moment of the day has its own rhythm: breakfast with the sea stretching out before you, relaxing in the afternoon sun, reading a book in the shaded corners and, at sunset, lighting the barbecue while the fishing boats slowly return to the harbour.

Sunset Terrace Mazara is at Via IV Aprile 30, a quiet side street that runs straight down to Lungomare Giacomo Hopps. Step out, cross the road, and you are on the promenade; the other way the old town is three minutes on, and the Arab Casbah nine.

As a family-run place, we prepare every apartment ourselves — the attention to detail is one of the things guests mention most in their reviews.
Host gentile e presente via whatsapp perché non materialmente in struttura nel periodo del mio soggiorno, ha comunque egregiamente risposto a tutte le domande poste come se fosse in loco, cordialità e professionalità la fanno da padrone, la signora delle pulizie (che mi ha accolto in struttura) gentilissima e estremamente disponibile anche lei, luoghi molto puliti, parcheggio comodo, stanza rispondente alle foto anch'essa pulitissima, .semplicemente stra consigliato
Molto bella la terrazza comune vista mare e la posizione della struttura vicina alla zona del centro. Facilità di parcheggio ...ma ci siamo stati nella seconda metà di aprile 2026. In estate però conviene fissare un posto nel loro parcheggio privato accanto all'ingresso così da evitare giri infruttuosi nelle vie adiacenti che sono abbastanza strette. Nonostante il check in da remoto i contatti sono stati efficientissimi ed esaurienti.
Un luogo molto accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Dei mini appartamenti che ti fanno sentire come a casa, ancora di più per l’eccellente accoglienza dei proprietari. Consiglio vivamente, se dovete soggiornare a Mazara, di scegliere questo caldo e centrale luogo di soggiorno. Per il prossimo anno siamo già prenotati! Grazie Erleta e Sandro! AAA+++
