The bedroom is separated from the living area by a door. It is the only apartment with this layout.
The inner balcony is a service balcony, for drying laundry, and is shared with Apartment B. For a terrace to relax on, Apartment D.
Three steps after the front door. A stairlift goes up to the first floor, where apartment C is. Ask for it when you book; it is meant for guests with mobility difficulties.

What to expect

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a real door. Whoever wakes early can make coffee without waking the others — the reason it is the most requested of the four.

Linen and cleaning
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and a towel change. From 3 nights, one cleaning during your stay; 3 from 7 nights. Weekly change of linen. Daily cleaning on request, at extra cost, to be booked in advance.
The beds have Flou mattresses, medium firmness. On arrival you’ll find water, Nespresso capsules and washing-machine capsules.

The Campeggi double sofa bed, model Tuo, opens by pushing the backrest forward, without removing the cushions. Electro-welded steel mesh base, 12 cm mattress.
Location
A short walk from Lungomare Giacomo Hopps. The historic centre is a 3-minute walk.
Comfort and care for the environment
The apartment switches on with a card at the entrance and the air conditioning runs only with the windows closed, to avoid waste. Towels left hanging are reused; those left in the shower are replaced.
House rules
No pets. No smoking in the apartments. Quiet between 10pm and 9am.
