The balcony is a service balcony, mainly for drying laundry. For a large terrace to relax on, we recommend Apartment A or Apartment D.
What to expect
Faces the quiet inner courtyard, which is why the nights are quiet. Part of the inner balcony, shared with the One-bedroom apartment, for drying only. The sea view is from the panoramic terrace, which all guests are free to use. First floor, reachable by the stairlift.
The extra small room is what lets five people stay without being on top of each other: in 45 m², it is the difference between sleeping and camping. The bathroom has a large shower, and the antibagno.

Linen and cleaning
Linen is provided and cleaning is included. For stays of three nights or more: cleaning three times a week with a towel change, and a weekly change of linen. Daily cleaning is available on request, at extra cost, to be booked in advance.
The beds have Flou mattresses, medium firmness. On arrival you’ll find water, Nespresso capsules and washing-machine capsules.

The Campeggi double sofa bed, model Tuo, opens by pushing the backrest forward, without removing the cushions. Electro-welded steel mesh base, 12 cm mattress.
Location
43 metres from the sea, one minute on foot. The historic centre is a 3-minute walk.
Comfort and care for the environment
The apartment switches on with a card at the entrance and the air conditioning runs only with the windows closed, to avoid waste. Towels left hanging are reused; those left in the shower are replaced.
