The balcony faces the side street (a building opposite), not the courtyard or the sea. The sea view is from the shared panoramic rooftop terrace, on the second floor.
What to expect

The balcony faces the side street rather than the courtyard: a building stands opposite, and from the short side you see the stretch of road that ends at the seafront. It is a private balcony, with a rack for drying laundry.

Linen and cleaning
Linen is provided and cleaning is included. For stays of three nights or more: cleaning three times a week with a towel change, and a weekly change of linen. Daily cleaning is available on request, at extra cost, to be booked in advance.
The beds have Flou mattresses, medium firmness. On arrival you’ll find water, Nespresso capsules and washing-machine capsules.

The Campeggi double sofa bed, model Tuo, opens by pushing the backrest forward, without removing the cushions. Electro-welded steel mesh base, 12 cm mattress.
Location
43 metres from the sea, one minute on foot. The historic centre is a 3-minute walk.
Comfort and care for the environment
The apartment switches on with a card at the entrance and the air conditioning runs only with the windows closed, to avoid waste. Towels left hanging are reused; those left in the shower are replaced.
